JAKARTA (Thomson Financial) - Indonesian state oil and gas company PT Pertamina ( Nachrichten ) said it has raised the prices of fuel products for sale to industrial customers between 2.9 percent and 6.4 percent effective Thursday after the recent spike in crude oil prices.
