KUALA LUMPUR (Thomson Financial) - Second Finance Minister Nor Mohamed Yakcop says German car maker Volkswagen AG, in its negotiations with Malaysian car maker Proton Holdings Bhd, has given no indication of its intention to set up a manufacturing plant in Indonesia, The Edge Financial Daily reported Wednesday.
